Iris daly Rios fought her 12 year old middle school daughter’s classmate on Wednesday, and she was arrested for battery. This is also a child abuse charge and a message must be sent to adults in the state of Florida and around the country.

Rios’ 12 year old daughter got into an altercation with another 12 year old student outside of Hileah Middle School, according to CBS 4 Miami. When Rios picked her daughter up from school and her daughter told her about the fight, she took matters into her own hands and began to swing on the child, slap on the child and continue to attack her.

Another student, recorded the fight on his phone and stated they, the other students were afraid to get involved, because they didn’t want Rios to start beating on them.

The student who recorded the video on his phone, stated: “She got out of the car and saying she was going to hit or or whatever. She started holding and touching her and then she backed away, she approached her and started swinging,” said Portal.

Physical abuse is any intentional and unwanted contact with you or something close to your body.

Psychological abuse, also referred to as emotional abuse or mental abuse, is a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior that may result in psychological trauma, including anxiety, chronic depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder.

DEMANDING Rio’s is charged with child abuse in the state of Florida. This will not be accepted. We will not allow people to feel they can openly attack our children and have no consequences. She should also be banned from the school grounds and prosecuted to the fullest of the law.
