Second Amendment to the United States Constitution
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights. The Supreme Court of the United States first ruled in 2008 that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess and carry firearms.[1]

In 2008 and 2010, the Supreme Court issued two landmark decisions officially establishing this interpretation. In District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008), the Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to possess a firearm, unconnected to service in a militia[1][2] and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home within many longstanding prohibitions and restrictions on firearms possession listed by the Court as being consistent with the Second Amendment.[3] In McDonald v. Chicago, 561 U.S. 3025 (2010), the Court ruled that the Second Amendment limits state and local governments to the same extent that it limits the federal government.[
Human trafficking is the illegal trade of human beings for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation or forced labor and a modern-day form of slavery drug is a substance which may have medicinal, intoxicating, performance enhancing or other affects when taken or put into a human body or the body of another animal and is not considered a food or exclusively a food.

What is considered a drug rather than food varies between cultures, and distinctions between drugs and foods and between kinds of drug are enshrined in-laws which vary between jurisdictions and aim to restrict or prevent drug use. Even within a jurisdiction, however, the status of a substance may be uncertain or contested with respect to both whether it is a drug and how it should be classified if at all. There is no single, precise definition, as there are different meanings in drug control law, government regulations, medicine, and colloquial usage.[3]

In pharmacology, a drug is “a chemical substance used in the treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis of disease or used to otherwise enhance physical or mental well-being.”[3] Drugs may be prescribed for a limited duration, or on a regular basis for chronic disorders.

The 3 largest profiteers of organized crime and the 3 hottest topics in local communities. All 3 go hand in hand. In a normal working community, most people want to feel they have the choice to bears arms, protect their families and their goods from criminals. Drugs, well the pharmaceutical companies are some of the largest profiteers from the drug industry. Voters in several states of the US have voted to legalize marijuana it has been agreed that the effects herb has on users are minimized. Many people with health conditions utilized the herb, side effects are minimized also. Slavery-Human Trafficking, you can only shake your head with tears in your eyes. The thought, we have people in society that chooses to forcefully take the entire existence of someone else. This behavior has no compromise, laws must be changed in the WORLD to make a difference. Everyone of these 3 things discussed; effects all of us. Laws must be changed, amended even a new constitution created to appropriately punish wrong doers for the crimes committed against people.

Choose your battles wisely. DO CHOOSE.
